About Beulah Park Racetrack

Located in Beautiful Grove City, Ohio, Beulah Park is most commonly referred to as "Ohio's First original Racetrack". When it opened in 1923, the track was hailed as the pinnacle in horse racing for the midwest. Its relaxing atmosphere and technological innovations keep Beulah ahead of the pack.

Beulah Park is home to the renowned and highly recognized Beulah Park Twins. Working primarily out of Beulah Park, Jenna and Katie are two of the most beautiful and intelligent handicappers in North America.

Beulah Park was the first track in Ohio to offer simulcast wagering on the Kentucky Derby. In 1983, the track installed the first satellite receiving system to present the Triple Crown event to local racing fans. It wasn't until 1996 that full-card simulcasting on multiple tracks began in the state of Ohio. Beulah was also the first racetrack to offer telephone wagering locally and nationally. Beginning in 1992, telephone wagering has grown on a national level to include AmericaTab and the VoiceBet, telephone, closed loop computer and wireless wagering platforms.

Beulah operators have maintained the track's competitiveness by continually finding new ways to improve the circuit and have ultimately succeeded in offering customers the best in Ohio horse racing. During the past 20 years, owner Charles Ruma has spent more than $12 million on improvements to the grandstand, clubhouse and backside barn areas.
